PATTERN

Bilingual content pipelines

Source content → AI processing in phases → human review → CMS integration. DE/EN parity without a parallel writing team.

Content is maintained in both languages — without needing a parallel translator team on standby. The editor keeps editorial control.

When this pattern fits

Three pain points where the effort pays off.

  1. Content appears in German — the English version comes "later", never appears or is never current.

  2. Translation agencies are slow and expensive; AI translation without editorial control risks brand mistakes.

  3. Every video recording becomes half a dozen manual steps: transcript, smoothing, translation, image, upload.

How the pattern is built

Five steps, from input to filing.

  1. Source

    Video, podcast, document.

  2. AI processing

    Transcript, translation, images.

  3. Review

    Side-by-side DE/EN view for comparison.

  4. CMS

    Both languages uploaded in parallel.

  5. Publication

    After human approval.

What is deliberately out of scope

Three places where we leave it to a person.

  • Publication without final human review. What the pipeline produces only goes live after review.

  • Brand work from a standing start. Tone, imagery and terminology we define with you before the first run.

  • Third languages automatically. DE+EN is the standard; further languages are a separate pilot project.

Typical project scope

Discovery → pilot → rollout.

  1. Discovery

One to two weeks. We understand your concrete bottleneck, look at the available sources and decide together whether the pattern is really the right answer here.

  2. Pilot

Four to eight weeks. A scoped variant on real data, with a small user group. Dry-run before every write, clearly defined success criteria.

  3. Rollout

From two months onwards, fluid. Extension to further sources, teams or sites. Hand-over to operations with documented architecture and training for those responsible.
